Article 1 – Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, sales agreements, services, and deliveries by BC5 Import regarding the purchase, import, sale, and delivery of vehicles.
By placing an order or entering into an agreement with BC5 Import, the customer declares that they have taken note of these general terms and conditions and agree to them.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing by BC5 Import in advance.
For consumers, the mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer law always remain applicable.
Article 2 – Our services
BC5 Import assists customers with the purchase and import of vehicles from, among other places, China to Belgium.
Depending on the chosen service package, our services may include, among other things:
searching for a suitable vehicle;
contacting suppliers or manufacturers;
requesting and comparing quotations;
verifying available vehicle and purchase information;
assistance with the order;
coordination of export from the country of origin;
transport to Belgium;
assistance with customs formalities;
assistance with homologation and technical inspection;
monitoring the vehicle during the import process;
delivery or handover of the vehicle in Belgium.
The specific services provided are determined per vehicle and per order in the quotation or sales agreement.
Not all services are automatically included. Only the services expressly stated in the quotation or agreement form part of the order.
